Panel Discussion No.12

     Member was Aiwa, Misato, ryota, takaaki, manami and yukiko.

Aiwa is manager of the city, 36 years old, hobby is fishing and reading books, has two daughters, wants to make our city more global.

Misato is in International Division, 45 years old.

Ryota is moderator.

Takaaki is mayer of the city of France, 40 years old, hobby is watchin soccer game, he think many young French people begin to take interest in Japanese culture.

Manami is mayer of the city of Taiwan, 49 years old, she loves Japan and Japanese culture.

Yukiko is mayer of the city of South Africa, 40 years old.


     The topic of this disucussion was “Which city decide to our town's sister city”. In the discussion, there were some important points, firstly, How do the city change through making a relation as a sister city. It is very important point when the city people decide a sister city. Secondly, what kind of purpose does each mayer have when own city and our city make a sister's relationship. It is also important thing. Finally, How can they coincide with each other's interests. If it is not completed, sister's relatioship never come true.

     On the discussion, we decided that Taiwan is the best city as a sister city. Because French mayer was a little unreliable and maybe many people couldn't take interet in French idea or vision. And also Taiwan has many problem, for example, language problem that is how to communicate with each other.

     I thought that this group did a good disucussion!! Because there were many discuss point, but they could answer citizen's questions and each panelor have a strong idea. From this things, panel discussion could have one strong pole. It is good point and effective point when we do discussion.

 Eleventh discussion member was Chiaki, Mai, Taiga, Riho and Haruka.
  
 Chiaki is 32 years old, work on the advertising business.
 Mai is 42 years old, a sponsor of marathon evet.
 Riho is 50 years old, fisherwoman
 Haruka is 24 years old, work as office worker

   The main topic of this discussion was how to attract and gather many people for marathon event. In the discussion, each panelor said a variety of opinion's to success marathon event. For example, to hold pre-event to let many people know about main event, to put special products on pre-event or to appeal the pre-event and main event for a lot of people by using TV program. I thought each panelor had unique opinion, but there were few reasons why they want to do so. From these things, I thought they should consider what is our aim before they do discussion. I think it is important thing. I must practical use these thing for my next discussion!!!
